Tieback Anchors

While similar and oftentimes confused with soil nails, tiebacks rely on pressure from both ends of the rod to place the reinforced mass into tension.  Types of tiebacks vary from grouted or epoxied single threaded rods, to mechanically driven and loaded, to multi-stranded tiebacks.  This versatility allows the methods to adapt to many project types.  Designs can rely on tremendous loads to stabilize dams or landslides, or lighter loads to restrain failing walls.
