This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient work order management, parts ordering, and equipment tracking. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at using industry-specific software to support our maintenance operations.
· Use HCSS software to order parts; distribute work orders for field mechanics
· Work with Shop Manager and Parts Manager to dispatch mechanics and ensure a streamlined work order process
· Add new Equipment and Mechanics/Users to HCSS, Equipment 360
· Create and update work orders
· Track fleet of equipment with HCSS Telematics and Equipment 360
· Keep a spreadsheet up to date with parts inventory
